when i look ahead.. :)

When I look ahead of me,
I try to find the truth,
But everywhere I turn,
All that meets my eyes,
Are just two routes.

From within the cage of life,
I try my best to search beyond the bars,
To find my destiny,
To reach for the distant,
distant stars.

There I stand,
Still searching for a hand,
To guide me through the routes,
But not a soul I see who can help me.

Just then the very moment,
I realize only a route can be taken,
To reach my goals,
to reach my dream,

Which would it be?
“Is this the way I wanted it to be?”
Would be the question I fear most.

When I choose the route
Would I regret having to choose it?
But I thought for a moment or two,
Stood still, thinking far and wide,
Across oceans,
my thoughts travelled
To choose the right route.

The route which brings me to my destiny,
The route which gives me hope and pleasure,
The route which opens my door to reach the stars,
finally i choose................
